Start with the outcome you need.
Visibility is only useful when the people finding you are suitable customers. For a business serving Reading or elsewhere in Berkshire, start by deciding which services and locations genuinely belong in the plan. The aim is a clearer connection between search intent, your offer and a useful enquiry.
What we can include
- A baseline review of relevant pages and search visibility
- Service and location priorities based on your actual coverage
- Page titles, descriptions, structure and internal-link improvements
- Useful content for customer questions and buying decisions
- Google Business Profile work where the business is eligible
- Agreed reporting on work completed and relevant enquiries
Deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed in your proposal. The list above describes options to discuss, not an automatic package.
How we approach the work
Review the foundation
Assess the current website, relevant service pages and available reports. Identify whether website repairs or clearer service information need to come before promotion.
Agree the priorities
Set a practical work plan with service and location priorities, content responsibilities and review dates. Confirm access to any profiles and measurement tools.
Improve and measure
Carry out the agreed work and report on the activity and available evidence. Review whether visits and enquiries match the customers and services you want.
What determines the price?
SEO setup work, ongoing activity, additional content and advertising spend should be distinguished in the quotation. A monthly fee should correspond to a defined scope. Review the contract term, account ownership, reporting and what happens if the initial review reveals website work outside the SEO allowance.
What to bring to the first discussion
Bring your website address, the services you want to promote, the areas you actually serve and your business-profile link if you have one. Share examples of suitable enquiries and any available reports. We do not create location pages that imply offices, branches or local experience you do not have.
Common questions
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Search positions and enquiry volumes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on demand, competition, location, your offer and the website experience.
Do I need a page for every town?
Only create location content where it reflects your operations and gives customers useful information. Repeating a page with a different town name is not a useful content strategy.
Can an online-only business have a Google Business Profile?
Eligibility needs checking against Google’s rules. An online-only business is generally ineligible; local profile work is included only where the business qualifies.
