Start with the outcome you need.
An automation project should start with a task, not a list of tools. Useful examples include organising enquiries, preparing information for review, connecting forms with business systems and searching approved knowledge. Some tasks need a straightforward workflow; others may benefit from an AI component.
What we can include
- Discovery of one clearly defined business task
- An agreed workflow and pilot success criteria
- Connections to approved forms, email or business systems
- An assistant or AI component where the use case supports it
- Testing of normal cases, errors and human-review steps
- Documentation, handover and optional ongoing support
Deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed in your proposal. The list above describes options to discuss, not an automatic package.
How we approach the work
Choose the task
Map the current steps, repeated effort and points where a person must make a decision. Identify the data and systems involved and what a useful improvement would look like.
Define the pilot
Agree the approved access, integrations, limits and human-review steps. Explain third-party subscriptions and usage charges before building the pilot.
Test before expansion
Try representative cases and failures, review the output and agree how exceptions will be handled. Use the results to decide whether to extend the workflow.
What determines the price?
The pilot quote depends on the workflow, system access and integration complexity. Separate implementation from software subscriptions, API usage and ongoing maintenance. Agree usage limits, ownership and who will monitor the workflow after handover.
What to bring to the first discussion
Describe one task you repeat, the systems you use and the result you want. Use anonymised examples for the first discussion and do not include passwords or confidential customer records. We can then assess the scope and agree suitable access arrangements.
Common questions
Does every automation need AI?
No. Rules-based workflows are often suitable for predictable steps. We consider an AI component only when it has a useful role and its output can be assessed.
Will AI act without anyone checking it?
The pilot defines which actions may run automatically and where human approval is required. Important decisions and uncertain outputs need an appropriate review path.
Can you connect my existing systems?
This depends on their integration options, permissions and subscription plans. Connections are assessed before the proposal; unsupported integrations are not assumed to be available.
